ABU Post UTME Cut off Mark

The ABU cut off mark is 180 for all applicants who had chosen Ahmadu Bello University as their 1st Choice when registering for the UTME.

ABU Post UTME Requirement

Candidates who made the Ahmadu Bellow University their 1st Choice in the 2022 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and had a minimum score of 180 UTME aggregate score.

How to Apply for ABU Post UTME

To register, candidates are required to log on to https://putme.abu.edu.ng or click on 2022/2023 Post-UTME Registration on the Ahmadu Bello University website https://abu.edu.ng.

Applicants are required to pay the sum of Two Thousand Naira (N2000.00) only as a screening fee.

Payment can either be made via Remita online, via REMITA using the Option of POS (Point of Sale) at designated offices within the Campus, or by printing the Remita retrieval Reference (RRR) slip and proceed to any commercial Bank of choice.

ABU Post UTME registration closing date

Registration for the screening exercise commences on September 13th, 2021 and closes on October 3rd, 2021.

The screening exercise has been scheduled to hold as indicated below.

  1. 4th October, 2021 (Monday) – Faculty of Social Science
  2. 5th October, 2021 (Tuesday) – Faculty of Engineering & Environmental design
  3. 6th October, 2021 (Wednesday) – Faculty of Education & Law
  4. 7th October, 2021 (Thursday) – Faculty of Agriculture, Pharmaceuticals science, physical science, life science and veterinary medicine 
  5. 8th October, 2021 (Friday) – ABU Business School (Accounting, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics, Marketing & Insurance) Administration, Arts
  6. 9th October, 2021 (Saturday) – College of Medical Sciences (Medicine, Dental Surgery Radiography, Medical Laboratory Science, Nursing, Human Anatomy and Human Physiology)

Candidates are required to come along with their original JAMB printout. Failure to register for the ABU Post UTME Screening Exercise equals forfeiture of admission.
